I grew up in a middle-class family in Missouri, but tragically lost my mom at age 9 and my dad at age 14. But God saved me and blessed me with 20 years of excellent public education.
This gave me the opportunity to pursue a career in medicine, caring for countless number of patients and teaching thousands of residents, medical students, PAs and technologists.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
My Core Values for Education
High Academic Standards, Honesty, Transparency and Equality of Opportunity
Why I am running …
As a recipient of 20 years of public education, I recognize how vital it is for our community to provide each child a high-quality education.
Parents have choices as to how they educate their children. Redlands Unified must compete with private and home education options by providing the best educational opportunities for our kids. I will strive to strengthen academics for college and career preparedness and still provide them opportunities to develop their talents in the fine and performing arts, speech, debate and sports.
